This website presents the AI solutions business of Nova AI Labs, operated by Nova AI Labs PTE. LTD.. These terms apply to use of the website.

1. Website information

Content describes our business focus and potential solution scope. It is general information, not a binding offer, project specification or guarantee of a particular outcome. Available integrations, deliverables, pricing and timelines are agreed for each project.

2. Illustrative examples

Example workflows and sample assistant responses are provided to explain possible applications. They are not customer case studies, measured performance results or live AI services. Do not rely on example responses to make business, legal or other consequential decisions.

3. Project inquiries

Preparing or sending an inquiry does not create a service agreement. The contact form creates an email draft on your device. You are responsible for reviewing and sending it. A separate written agreement is required before project work begins.

4. Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious content or misuse the contact details. Do not submit material you are not entitled to share.

5. Intellectual property

Website content and original design belong to Nova AI Labs PTE. LTD. or the relevant rights holders. You may view the website for information and evaluation. Any licensing or ownership of commissioned project outputs is addressed in the relevant project agreement.

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every description will suit your particular needs. Email applications and other third-party services operate under their own terms and policies.
